[PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS]

 

 9.5% sales tax reimbursement, calculated to the nearest cent.

[BEE LYNN'S DECORATIONS – CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & LIABILITY NOTICE]

Thank you for choosing Bee Lynn's Decorations. As a small, independently operated business, I take great pride in delivering quality products and creative services with care and attention to detail. Please review the following important terms regarding your order:

 

[BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY]

•All events must be booked at least one (1) month in advance.

•A 60% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your order/event date. This fee is applied toward your total balance. Prices are subject to change.

•Full payment is due no later than two (2) weeks before the event date.

•Exceptions may be made for county corporate companies may submit an authorized purchase order (PO) in advance and remit payment following the completion of services. Communication of intent to issue a PO is accepted as confirmation of booking. •County-issued checks are preferred and accepted.

• Exceptions may be made for county and corporate companies, who may pay on the day of the event.

•Failure to submit full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

•No refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to the non-refundable nature of the retainer fee and the custom nature of all work.

 

[ALL SALES FINAL]

All sales are final. No retainer fee refunds. No Refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided after booking. Please ensure all event details are correct and confirmed at the time of reservation.

 

[EMERGENCY RESCHEDULING POLICY]

In the event of a true emergency, clients may request a one-time reschedule within five (5) months of the original event date, subject to availability. Emergency rescheduling does not apply to cancellations without valid cause. All requests must be formally communicated as early as possible and no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled order or event.

 

[LIABILITY DISCLAIMER]

Bee Lynn's Decorations is not responsible for any damages, alterations, or incidents that occur after items have been delivered or picked up. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Decorations, which may be affected by handling, environmental factors, or setup changes beyond my control.

• Fragile items, such as balloons, which may pop due to temperature changes, weather conditions, or sensitivities to latex or Mylar.

• Edible products, including dipped chocolates, gourmet pastries, and other treats, which may contain allergens such as dairy or tree nuts. These items must be refrigerated until ready to serve and should not be left at room temperature for more than two hours.

• Body art and temporary glitter tattoos, which are applied at your own risk. I use products that are free of perfume, parabens, and lanolin to help reduce the risk of allergic reactions, but sensitivity is still possible.

 

[PRODUCT INSPECTION & RESPONSIBILITY]

Clients are responsible for inspecting all items—decor, desserts, and body art materials—at the time of pickup or delivery. A verbal acknowledgment confirms acceptance of the item(s) in good condition. Once the items leave my possession, I am not liable for any damage, deterioration, or loss.

 

[PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION]

Photographs of my creative work may be captured and utilized for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing materials, and social media. If you do not wish for photographs to be taken, please let me know.
